Terms of service
Last updated: 7 November 2026
These terms apply when you use EasyBooking (easybooking.events). By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to them. Questions: [email protected].
The service
EasyBooking helps businesses manage appointments, walk-in queues, online booking and customer messages. Features may change as we improve the platform.
Pilot
During our pilot, EasyBooking is free. If we introduce paid plans, we will tell you well in advance, and you can decide then whether to continue.
Your account
Give accurate information and keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account, including actions by team members you give access to.
Acceptable use
Use the platform lawfully. Only message customers who expect to hear from you, follow WhatsApp's and your carriers' rules, and do not send spam, misleading or harmful content, or try to break, overload or access what isn't yours.
Your data
You keep ownership of the information you enter. You give us permission to process it only to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy. You are responsible for having the right to use your customers' information.
Availability
We work to keep EasyBooking reliable, but the service is provided as is, without guarantees that it will always be available or error-free. Message delivery also depends on third parties such as WhatsApp and mobile networks.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or missed appointments, arising from the use of the platform.
Ending
You can stop using EasyBooking and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put the platform or others at risk.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; important changes will be announced in the app.
